Error after change shop URL PS 1.7.5

After reading several topics, without resolving my issue, I write a new topic:

I wanted to change the shop url from xxx.nl to xxx.be/shop. Both Domains are on the same server. I changed the url via  Admin page , CONFIGURE> Shop Parameters> Traffic & SEO

after entering the new URL the Back office turned blanc and the new URL is not working (403 forbidden)

Since I cannot enter the BO anymore,  I tried to turnback the change by doing this:

-Write original url in PS-SHOP_URL

-Write original URL in PS_Configuration ( PS_Shop_Domail and PS-Shop_Domain_SSL)

-Set bactk original .htacces

-Manually remode Cache files.

Still no succes, no BO, no FO

Any suggestions?
