Help with html / css for homepage text boxes

Hi, I wan to add 3 or 4 text and image boxes to my home page to show features of the business and need help with the HTML css I want to create something similar to the image below. I plan to add it to the home page with the excellent HTML box from Mypresta but dont have the html / css skills. It is essential that it reflows vertically for mobile. I am able to hack templates etc. Is there perhaps a free module that does this? I am running 1.75
