We bought the Super Speed GTmetrix module from the developer prestahero.com.

Because he is a Prestashop partner and on his site it says that he will refund the money if the module has problems.

Since we bought the module it only makes problems and errors.
He has been trying to fix the errors for a week and new errors keep appearing.

We have told him several times that we just don't want to do this anymore and that he should please refund our money as insured.

No, of course he won't do that.
He simply won't give us our money back.
Although it says the following on the website: 15 Days Return: If products have problems.

That's a lie, isn't it? The module only has problems, but he just won't give us our money back.

How can such a developer also be a Prestashop partner?
What can we do? We can't go on like this.....

He fixes a bug and then a new bug comes up.
