Lumicc
Hi I'm having a strange problem with add to cart button in prestashop 1.7.6.5 The button is always disabled (for all products in store) but all of them have stock. I uninstalled some modules (blog, adscale...) thinking they could be responsible for this, but the situation didn't change. Store is www.unitedkids.pt Is easy to identify the problem. Just access the page and try to add some product to cart. The add to cart button appears blocked. Any sugestion? Thanks! Luis
Razi
Hello, I think you have enable catalog mode. Kindly check and try by disable this. Thanks
Lumicc
Thanks. The catalogue mode is disabled. Meanwhile I think I've found the problem. All products went to the state "not available for order"!!! I don't really understand how that happened. But I think that by turning them into available for order the problem will be solved. Lumicc
Hi. In our case, we don't really know why, but the products were all not available for sale. We re-imported all the products (csv file) and deleted all the products that were previous in the store. It is a relatively quick process. So far, everything looks fine.
