Propose other products on a specific product page

On my shop I have some products that are good to intercept traffic from Google, but they are out of production so I can't sell them.

For these products I'd like to propose other products, something like "This product is no longer available but I can offer you these other 3 very similar products"

I'd like that this message (and the related products) could be placed on high part of the page, for example, near the price.

Does it exist an addon to do that? I found some addons with which I can add related products, but after the description.

I you can simply add thoses related products with the accessories option in the product page.
