Module "Contact Information" translation is not updating

Hello,

I did solve this in last shop, but now i can not remember how to do this. So Title of "Contact Information" is not updating, even if i translate block title and text. It shows in database, but not in frontend.

"Store Information" shows up like this in frontend:

 

Right translation is saved in database:

[M4ketech]

And its tested also with default translation way:

And tested with default theme, same thing.
