pages in blank. php problem with /tmp/

I have a big problem after I change the shop to a new domain.

In order.php, when the customer can choose the payment method, when click on bankwire or cashondeliverywithfee, these pages appears in blank (/modules/cashondeliverywithfee/validation.php and /modules/bankwire/payment.php) .

The error log shows:
