ps_emailalerts stop working only on the part of customers

Hello everyone, first of all sorry for my broken english, actually im using a child theme from Warehouse, and since one month, ps_emailalerts acts weird, on the one hand the options for merchants works fine but in the other hand if i activate the option to mail the customers if i restock something, the product's pages out of stock literally gives me an 500 error, and if i enter in debug mode local or online, don't work at all, if im in local to debug by myself in a code editor, it gives me :

connection 1: read ECONNRESET

in the debug messages

and never charges the page in any case, i'm in the 1.7.7.1 version and im noobie developer.
