Prestashop 1.7.4.4 Smart cache clearing bug

Hi all.

 

I am having a problem with the Smarty cache clearing. The page after 1 minutes of constant loading shows a 404 error page.

I thought first the server was running out of memory or script time and added these settings in the ini file:

max_input_vars = 10000
memory_limit = 1024M

upload_max_filesize = 50M
post_max_size = 256M
max_execution_time = 300

 

 

I checked the var/cache and the CHMOD is set to 777.

Within this folder you have 2 other folders:

prod

dev

 

Both are set to 775.

 

 

Any idea what else could be checked please?
