markovo Posted February 16, 2021 Share Posted February 16, 2021 I bought this module on 14 january ( https://addons.prestashop.com/en/remarketing-shopping-cart-abandonment/16535-abandoned-cart-reminder-pro.html ). The module could not be installed on my shop, so I contacted the developer. The developer cleared the errors and installed the module, but than new errors appear that were blocking the module functionality. I contacted the developer again and he said he will fix them, but there was no response for over a mount after that. That's €119 I'll never see again. It's a shame. What can I do?
