Sync Outlook and prestashop?!

Hi all!

We are a few persons working with the support and order handling of our shop. Some on the support and some with orders. What they have in common is the info@ email adress.

So, the problem is:

If an order handling person sends an email from the shop and the support person needs to se that email for some reason, it´s impossible, cause it´s stored in the shops admin.

What we really need is:

All outgoing emails from the shop to be transfered to our exchange accounts "sent box", to be visible to anyone on support and order handling.

I have tried to set up the SMTP function in the shop, but with zero result. And, i don´t want to use BCC, cause then the emails will end up in our exchange inbox, wich will be confusing.

Is it possible to "sync" prestashop with outlook?
