Shipping info not showing

What I got so far from having this error for a long time now is

 

1, I'm using a module from a distributor, and this module sends all the information for shipping, products, stocks to my prestashop store.

2, I tried to have 3 checkout modules already to have a one page checkout, but none of them work and their support is never able to figure out the issue (Knowband, Onepage etc...), so if I have no active one page checkout module, everything is working fine, but when I do there's always an issue at the end, higher loading, infinite loading..

 

So my issue seems to be that this module from my distributor is not sending the correct information or that when a customer starts the checkout there's an api call to get that information and because of the one page checkout module that's not happening.

 

Is there a way to override, or allow the distributor module to act first and send the information to the one page checkout module?

 

Not sure how clear that is, but I tried to give all the details
