Mole Sounds Posted February 10, 2021 Share Posted February 10, 2021 Hello, I am using version 1.7.6.1. I recently had an order that I needed to create a partial refund for via Stripe. I know that it Prestahop Admin their is an option to create a a full or partial refund and these will generate a credit slip, but no actually instruct Stripe for example to issue the refund. When I created the refund via Stripe in Modules or via Stripe Admin directly, it changes the staus of the order to cancelled and also sends an email to the customer informing them of this. Very confusing. Am I missing something here? Should it do this when I have not actually cancelled the order but only made a part refund? Stripe module ver. 2.3.1. when I make a refund (full or partial) with Stripe, the order status changes to canceled. with debug mode activated no error is displayed. Mias-Accessories Posted August 2, 2022 Share Posted August 2, 2022 Same problem. I changed the cancelled status as I don't really need it. Made it become "Shipped (Stripe Partially Refunded)" and made it a similar purple colour and settings to "Shipped" status (expect it sends no email) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
