How to add Delivery country on email alert sent to shop owner

Hello,

I'm using mail alerts module and I'd like to add on the email alert sent to shop owner, in the mail object the delivery country.

When a new order happened the Shop owner received an email alert with the objet : [the shop] New Order : Number - reference

I'd like to have in the object : [the shop] New Order : Number - reference - delivery country.

I looked at new_order.html.twig, but can't find the object line.

If somebody have an idea, it will be very nice.
