Google Checkout issues

I hadn't updated my SSL certificate. I use Prestashop, orders during this time were showing up in google checkout and not the prestashop back office as the SSL was out of date.

I updated SSL, 2 orders have since been made which show up in the prestashop back offce as bought and paid for (hurrah)

but

These don't appear in the google checkout order inbox and no email came from google saying the order was made (aww)

no idea what's going on, thought a simple SSL cert update would fix it all, not screw it up

anyone got any ideas on why this is happening? Thanks in advance for any advice
