nmartinez19
Hi everyone,I apologize in advance if this is in the wrong place, I am a total newb! So, my problem is that when I click on the modules tab in the back office, it just takes me to a blank, white page (after a while of loading too). Everything was working fine yesterday. The only thing that I know that I changed was I installed a new theme, then decided to change it back to the one that I was using originally. Also, I have two prestashops stores set up under the same domain, and I checked the other one and it is also not working, so I suppose it may be a problem that would involve both? not sure if that helps! I would really appreciate some help with this! Thanks in advance.-niccole**update** the problem seemed to resolve itself, I wish I knew what happened so I could inform anyone else who had this problem! visioned
I still got the problem in update 1.4.4.0. Can't see the modules. I reuploaded the modules via Fetch FTP, but nothing happens. Ed Boon Visioned
Fabien Serny
Hi visioned, Could you send me your back office and ftp account by private message (or mail) in way to look at what is going wrong ? Best regards,
Fabien Serny
You have an issue at your memory limit. You have only 24M, PrestaShop recommend 32M as minimum. I could not up your memory_limit so i renamed somes modules directories with an "_" Your modules page is working now but you should ask your hosting provider to up your memory_limit to 32M to avoid others issues.
