Browser Cache - Prestashop 1.4.0.17 & 1.4.1.

Hi,
I tried version 1.4.0.17 and todays 1.4.1. from http://svn.prestashop.com/trunk/

I used these settings http://www.nethercottconstructions.com/en/content/7-prestashop-performance-guide
And I also tried switch off all cache settings with deleting files from tools/smarty/compile & cache

But both clean installations still save data to browser cache. I have problem with Mozilla and Explorer. Safari works properly.

So in Mozilla and Explorer I can't see changes of back office in front office when I back to visited page. When I logout from front office name is still visible. Any change on the website is visible only after pressing F5 refresh or deleting cache of browser. Where should be problem? It looks like caching dynamic parts of website. On localhost it works great, but on server doesn't.

I had to add this code to .htaccess

 Header set Cache-Control max-age=0

Do anybody know why?
