Looking for size preselect module

Hi,

I want module that will display a popup with clothes sizes when the user first goes in. The user will select the size and the clothes on the site will be filtered by that size and the size will be preselected on the product page. I found this, but the demo is not working and it is not exactly it (https://addons.prestashop.com/en/search-filters/48614-preselect-product-size.html).  Because I am also programmer I wanted to create this module, but I have not found the way to store the "preselection of the product size". If you have any suggestions I will be glad.
