Backoffic Tabs with error

I have Ps 1.6.1.23 with Spanish language as default language, and i have migrated it to ps 1.7.6.4, all migration with 1-click goes fine, without errors, but when i go to new backoffice all tabs appear in english, my setup is in spanish, and my personal preferences as user are setted in Spanish as my default languge.

I tried to change my personal setting to english, and my surprise was the tabs change them to some rare texts, i attach in this thread., i guess something happened with translations on database.

Can anybody explain why this happend? and how to solve it?
