403 Forbidden Error and server firewall blocking

My website has been up and running fine for months, but today I get:

403 Forbidden

You don't have permission to access this resource.

It's suspicious timing because it was posted about on a popular facebook page yesterday and has previously not really been seen by anyone. I'm worried it caught attention and has been hacked since I'm a noob and don't really know what I'm doing.

I can open up the admin, but if I click on anything I get:

Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Attackers might be trying to steal your information from __________.com (for example, passwords, messages, or credit cards). Learn more

NET::ERR_CERT_COMMON_NAME_INVALID

This server could not prove that it is _______.com; its security certificate is from *.web-hosting.com. This may be caused by a misconfiguration or an attacker intercepting your connection.

But my SSL certificate doesn't expire for a few more months and I haven't done anything in the site for a long time, either. I can get into my cPanel in a limited way because sometimes I get blocked and this comes up:

The firewall on this server is blocking your connection.

You need to contact the server owner or hosting provider for further information.

Does anyone know what's going on? Thanks so much for any help!

Is it hosted on your Webhosting or through Prestashop? Which version of PHP and PS are you running? I honestly don't think it's a hacker. He would be posting some other crap instead of a 403. If you can Access the Data File System, you can check the .htaccess file if IPs have been blocked or if the folder permission has been changed. If you are unsure, contact your hosting provider for support.

Thank you so much for the answers! I'm working with namecheap/cPanel support right now. They think it has something to do with mod security and are still investigating.

Update: It was actually an issue of IP address blocking by my host server.
