Duplicate Entry - Module Block Reassurance for upgrade

Hello, i contact you because i have an exception error when i try to update the Module Block Reassurance

I think it is an SQL error but i do not know what is the tab in the error or is it an issue about the files ?

I tried to upgrade by clicking on update + by downloading the .zip and upload it as an installation module but the same error appears :

Exception retournée par le module blockreassurance pour upgrade (Exception returned by the BlockReassurance module for upgrade) . Duplicate entry 'ROLE_MOD_TAB_ADMINBLOCKLISTING_CREATE' for key 'slug'
