jetway
Hi, Has anyone managed to run multistore with two different templates without any visual issues? Unfortunately, it appears to be impossible, and no, I don't want to change the code myself. I expect a simple feature like that to work out the box. El Patron
PresstaShop only recently and years late, added MS as part of their compatibility for themes and modules on add-ons. So now we have 100s of themes and modules most of which are not compatible. You should contact theme developer for assistance.
Prestachamps
@jetway - just let me understand is this a rhetorical questions? So you don't want to touch the code, but you expect a simple feature like that to work. There is always tehc hance for you to contribute to Prestashop by changing and fixing certain parts! The MS system is working properly, but not without any code changes! Regards, Leo
Gerardo Martinez G
The problem that I have faced the most is with image sizes If you use the same proportion of measurements in pixels, you will not have any problem with the theme (important: there are themes that use their own image configuration, that will generate more images only for that theme) Modules, most of Prestashop's own modules are already ready to be used as multistore ... that's why it's the configuration of Store Groups and Store ID ... the module takes the Store Group and Store Id to generate a configuration only for that store. I really don't see so much problem for multistore and theme, it only takes correct logistics ...
