Align the banner to be central

Hello, 

First of all, apologies if I should've posted this under another section. 

I am not sure if I caused this to happen or it has been like this but the banner is not aligned, it should be a bit more central.

Could you please guide me on where to go to change it or what to change to make it more central?

Any help will be appreciated.

Give it a margin:0 auto in the theme_rtl.css file. I think it will help.
