Problem with "OUR COMPANY" in Link Widget

Hi

I need help. This problem making  me crazy...

I cannot change (select or de-select)  links of bloques in Design/Link widget.

I click select or deselect any link (inluiding deselect all), SAVE it... System confirm that is OK. I open again same bloque... And, voila, everything the same as before!!!???

Sam problem with all blocks.

I generate new block, where select  5 links...  save... open again.. AND YES everything OK!  Than I select one link more.. save.. open again.. and again no changes saved!?

Also, this new  block doesn't appear on Footer .. 

SO I cannot delete old blocks and generate new ones...

I'm using 1.7.7.1. PHP 7.3.26 with FastCGI, CentOS 7.9 with Plesk
