Problems with Paypal module and orders

Hi,

I'm a developer and I'm using Paypal in a lot of Prestashops but I have a big problem with three sites.

When a customer make an order, the payment is confirmed but we have this error with debug mode enabled:

 

I'm using Prestashop 1.7.6.8 or 1.7.6.9 (it depends os the site) and Paypal Module 5.3.1

Is very important because I can't use paypal with this problem. The requeriments are ok

 

Any idea? I tried to reset the module, uninstalling the module...
