Script multiple file csv

Good morning guys, I should implement a script that collects several external cvs lists in input and that creates a single one that contains them all in output. In practice I would need a script that creates an array of url and each url recalls the contents of the file. Each element of the array outputs three fields which are sku; sku parent; quantity. Access to csv files is via ftp. How can I proceed? Do you have any ideas or examples to draw inspiration from? Thanks to all those who will answer and give me a hand.
