Product images are not getting loaded after creating a new global ip for the prestashop

Hello Support team,

I am new to this Prestashop and I have installed prestashop application in my remote desktop server and it works fine with the private ip address (172.xx.xx.xx:8080).. I allocated the new global ip address (219.65.xx.xxx:9080/Ecommerce/) for the prestashop application that has been installed in my server. The global ip address seems to be working fine on all the devices on public network. But the Product images are not getting loaded after creating a new global ip for the prestashop application. Please help me with this issue of products not displaying on the global ip.
