GF moraleda GmbH Posted January 20, 2021 Share Posted January 20, 2021 I open the Backend Login page but error 500 come up, so I asked my hoster to analyze that and he came up with the follwing bug RuntimeException Service "prestashop.module.link_block.form_type": Parent definition "form.type.translatable.aware" does not exist. So details are found here https://moraleda.de/Shop/3l4tikfpo79ene87/index.php What I have done: Since I migrated my DNS to a MS server all work well. 2 weeks ago an update could not be installed My hoster solved that problem so I updated the Prestashop installation Since that day I cannot log iinto my backend, as the login page does not show up Thanks in advance for any help or clues provided Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
