I need a calender booking system. We rent out gymnastic training rooms, by the our. Want to be able to show a weekend calender per room. Choose the room and see qvailability.
How and Who can do this?
It would be GREAT if there were a connection to a calender, like outlook. We could then manage our OWN bookings in Outlook, and the free slots could be shown in prestashop as Free, and avaliable for booking. I also would like the booking to be only Reserved - as I would like to accept it before the customer gets a final approval.
With this we could get all our buisness in one shop! AND be able to organize it!!
Our need:
- 5 different gymnasium/local
- Each gymnasium with different pricing and size
- Each gymnasium bookable as the hole gymnasium or part A, B or/and C.
- Connection to a calender - outlook, where we can book OUR usage of the gymnsasium - free slots bookable threw PrestaShop, and the booking to be added to the Outlook calender...
- 2 step booking - Customer reserves the gymnasium - We confirm the booking and makes it definite.
Does anything like this exist? Should be about the same as a cottage-booking system...
