Issue after upgrading from 1.7.6.4 to 1.7.7.1

After upgrading with the 1 click module upgrade from 1.7.6.4 to 1.7.7.1. I have php version 7.3. It did not report any problems during the update. Of course, I made the update on a copy of the store.. I cleaned the cache and ctrl+F5. After the update, after logging into the administration panel, some problems appeared. In product descriptions, instead of an editor, I have html code as below. Links in the Client security module are inactive, no editing possible.

Besides, when enabling, disabling or updating any module in the administration panel, such a code appears. Of course, the module updates and changes. What is the cause?

Has anyone got an update on this issue, since update to 1.7.7.1 I have no editor in description or summary?

I was updating my site copy. It turned out that one of the payment modules was causing this problem. When turned off, everything works. You always need to update the test copy of the store first, only then on the production version of the store. Remember to update to php 7.2 or lower. There are problems with php 7.3 on Prestashop.
