Toshi_akea
Good friends. First of all, sorry for my bad English I bring you a question that has arisen as a result of a problem that I have had with an Addon purchased on the PrestaShop Addons website. The fact is that I bought it in September, and in December the plan that comes by default of 3 months ended. And now is when I have problems with it, to the point that I have it disabled because otherwise my web doesn't work. I have tried to complain to the developers, but basically they tell me to pay for another support plan, or bad luck for me. And here in my country, Spain, and I think in all Europe, any product you buy has a couple of years of warranty, so I don't know if this also applies to these Addons that they sell in Prestashop. Because the truth is I don't feel like paying again. Could someone enlighten me with this issue? Thanks a lot!!
El Patron
3 months does not mean forever. you had opportunity to extend via zen it's not them, it's you.....for whatever reason 'some' treat developers like they don't need to eat or buy their kids shoes re-buy and get support you are entitled to and stop trying to get free stuff all the time... Toshi_akea
I only say that, in my country, if a fridge, or a TV, crashes in a reasonable time, technical service fix it or change it. In Europe it's 2 years. And in addons.prestashop.com is 3 month... I bought the module only 4 months ago. Not 4 years ago. I don't know about laws. Only asking.
