Big problem on my website

I think I have a cache problem on my site. I need to update it a second time so that all the blocks are displayed

please post the url of  your shop, there is no known issue with smarty cache.

tell us how to recreate the issue

Please put the : never recompile template to “recompile whenever something changed’

please make sure you activate overrides! 
 

Let us know after you did those steps, how did those affected the site. It should be way faster!
