some questions about a them

Hello ..
Since i'm new to this .. i installed the Prestashop 1.4 two weeks ago.
and i want to have a cute simple them for a gift store actually i could't find any for free actually so i decide to get this one.

but i want to ask please can i change the color if i install a them?
can i change the background ? it seems that rabbit in the back look silly..

what about the language and the currency is it related to the them or its in the system ?

Language and currency is shop related not theme related.

It is possible to change any part of the theme using the css files in the css folder.
