Contact form does not work PS 1.6

Hi all,

 

I have problems with the contact form in a PS 1.6. Form is placed at https://www.delica-te-zen.com/wetrete

You can fulfill the form and click on button but nothing more happens.

No error message no email received.

I was testing the mail configuration and test message arrives without problems so I guess is anot about mail config but something about the form.

I already replaced complete contact form template.

Any help will be very appreciated

I saw that if I deactivate overides methos it works. Is it something I can let like that?

By having this option deactivated alays could have any impact on the shop?

Yes it can, by deactivating the overrides folder you can loose certain other features ( even cart functionality-)- Depends from the modules used. 

By the described situation - I only guess that either you uploaded a new module which uses an override which affects the contact page. in 90% of the cases it's modules which has direct relation to the contact form, like a captcha module?

Hi Leo, thanks for your reply,

I had a captcha free module, and Security Pro module that include some how captcha funstions as well.

I will deactivate both and check whats happen.

I unstall the free captcha mdoule and clean theme cache. Activate overrides option and looks to be working fine.

Maybe a conflic between both modules and keeping info on cache.

 happy it's working. In case you have still zen option for the module you can tease the developer to take a closer look
