Redirect loop on homepage

Hello forum, i have an issue with homepage redirect loop that i spotted some days ago about my shop.

Homepage redirects to /page and the redirects back to homepage.

Please check what happens -> https://epantofaria.ro redirects to https://epantofaria.ro/acasa that redirects back to https://epantofaria.ro After all these redirects i get the following error in Chrome 

This page isn’t working     epantofaria.ro redirected you too many times.       Try clearing your cookies.        ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS

Clearing cookies does not work, also other browsers.

I don't know what happened, where is the problem and where to start investigating.  No changes were made in the last 2 months so i don't know why this happened.

The rest of the site works as expected: https://epantofaria.ro/ceva - this link will redirect you to a 404 error so you can get inside the website.

No redirect in cPanel and  no other redirect made in redirect manager.

Hi, 

I see that you're using Lightspeed - Please deactivate that -a s the redirect is set from the /to /home than to / , 

also, 

check you admin SEO and URL section, how is the URL set there ?

This can point to a file permission issue as well. 

Any changes on server lately?

also, the funny part is that these string should throw you back to the ID less URL 

https://epantofaria.ro/?controller=category&id_category=2

Are you using any SEO and redirect module.....

Id-less URL module etc

Also check the URL rewrite in the SEO section for the /acasa page...

Redirect module was the faulty one. Thank you sir. Now i have to find out who was behind this.
