Sites are going down

Hi everyone,

Today, I am facing very strange issue.

I have setup multiple prestashop websites on a same server for last 1 year and everything was working fine till today.

Since today, all sites front office goes down where as backend works perfectly fine.

After restarting apache Front office started working but after some period of time again all site's fron office goes down again.

Clearing cache also didn't helped.

Is there any way to identify why this started happening suddenly?

Hi,

yo you have any error on the frontend when the site is down? Try activating the debug mode and send us the error screen so we can have an idea what is not working then.

what do you mean going 'down'?...screen shots, pie charts, facts....

please describe problem with info you think you would need to solve...else we have to ask for it, that's waste of community time....

"DOWN MEANS SITE IS NOT WORKING WHEN OPEN THE STORE IN FRONT-SITE THAN BLANK PAGE COME " 😉

Please enable debug mode and see the error of your store front-side and also check sever error log.

I have only one site of Prestashop 1.7, because of this site, all sites are getting down, its showing ERR_TIMED_OUT.

I have upgrated this site to PS 1.7 around one month ago.

After enabling debug mode, I am getting ERR_TIMED_OUT, please check attached screenshot.

After restarting apache Front office started working but after some period of time again all site's fron office goes down again.

if I have keep this site down then all sites are working fine.

I have Apache 2.0 Handler for all sites.
