Cannot install Dutch language in PS 1.4.0.17

Hi,

Really losing my religion here. Trying to install the Dutch language pack for SP1.4.0.17 and keep getting errors like the ones below. Reinstalled everything for a bunch of times; no luck. Keep getting a blank screen after adding the pack. I even tried setting all the CHMODs on 777 without any result. Must be some rights issue but I cannot seem to get the bugger. Can anybody help?
