P.S.1.7.6.9 - The "Edit" and "Add a product" buttons are missing

Hi, I have encountered a problem on my P.S. 1.7.6.9 (Classic theme) which I was unable to solve despite having combed through all modules, settings and so on.

The problem I find in the B.O., on all orders.

In practice, when opening any order, on the right of each ordered product I cannot find the "Edit" button.

In addition, under the list of ordered products, I find the "Add a new discount" button, but "Add a product" is missing.

I hope someone can help me.

as you can see no one has responded to my request for help.
Eventually I had to give up on solving this problem.

As far as i know only "new order" can be edited. ( without payment or other status change ).

You can use few modules if you like to edit an order: i.e https://addons.prestashop.com/en/order-management/18850-order-edit-change-and-modify-existing-order.html

Hi,
thank you for the suggestion.
Unfortunately that's not what I was looking for.
Prestashop already has the necessary buttons in its interface to be able to make changes to the order.
In other installations I have this possibility.
Unfortunately on the website where this problem occurred, these buttons disappeared after updating the site from version 1.6 to version 1.7, and I could not find a way to reactivate them
