Strange back-office JQuery issue

I had been facing  strange issues with Back office lately 

Server information page taking about 3 minutes to load (rest pages take about 3 seconds to load ) , back-office automatically going to dashboard when I refresh modules page, clearing cache  somtimes gives 500 error 

And now this issue came:

When I try to add a new product it is forcing me to add it as a pack regardless of what product  type that I chosen 

 

The console error is showing in products list page and product edit page 

Using PS 1.7.6.9 

PHP 7.2
