Browser history and prestashop

Hi, I try to finish my settings on 1.4.0.17 version, last thing what doesn't work is in Front office. When I clean all my history in browser and go to home page, than I log in as user who want to buy and I can see my user account panel on the left and my name upper right. But when I click to website logo, I get back to home page, but I can't see my name and user account panel, when I press F5 to refresh page everything is ok. It looks like browser history... Do you know what to set in Back office to eliminate this? I set this on prestashop:

Before server I used localhost xamp and it was ok. So dont know what should be bad.
