Very Slow first time loading and very fast second time loading for website

Hi

The first time loading speed of website is very slow compared to second time loading.

I tried various options available in the web but couldnt find a suitable way to solve it out.

I am using 1.7.5.1 with some third party modules

Please check you site cache is enabled.

Compress CSS, is and set compile mode when template file is changed.

 

It will faster your site.you can also use can and media server to make more fast

How to use a media server ? Any guidance on that

I tried to do as per your suggestion but couldn't achieve a major difference in loading speed.

I saw your site you have used many product image in home page, we suggest you to use lazy load , so that off canvas image will not load it will reduce the page size and load faster. Secondly, you can keep your sever in same region, ex: if your all customer in Europe then use Europe based sever not USA  based server. This will help to faster your site
