Problem access to Prestashop back office

Hi everyone,

I wanted to ask you something:

 

I have an issue trying to access to my Prestashop back office. When I access it with administrator user, I can access without problems, but when I try to access with another user like vendors, I'm getting a connection error as you can see in the image:

The weird thing is when I access with administrator user again, in user's log I can see that previous user could access to the back office page but it really wasn't.

I don't know how to fix it, I was thinking that deletes cache folder would fix my issue but it didn't.
