Prestashop registers orders just having 1 unit in stock and not allowing sales out of stock

I have a problem with the orders.

In the store with ps 1.7.6 if we don't have stock prestashop registers orders.

It happens to me that I have the last unit in stock but people buy it at the same time or have it in the cart and they can buy.

In the attached image you can see how 3 orders entered in the same minute for a product that only had one unit in stock. Prestashop by default lets you place the order and pay it to the customer and puts the stock at -2. The first of the orders is marked in correct but the rest are marked as paid and pending stock.

I have disabled everywhere that the store allows to sell if I do not have stock.

It is not the first time that happens to me.

How can this be resolved?
