"Cannot use a scalar value as an array" Error in 1.7.7

My 1.7.7 prestashop was ready and I switched to live www.lord.gr and then move the old website (1.6.1.11) to a subfolder.

I have worked with the theme and the addons on a /subfolder/ and in a new database in my domain. I made some test orders and it was working fine.

Then I change the URL in the Multishop Tab and move the new website.

Everything seem to work ok, but the next day, I getting module errors and the message in front office and back office: ""Cannot use a scalar value as an array".

caching is disabled and have been clear the cach more then once (performance tab). I also have check the cache folders, had only the index.php

What do I missing? (PHP Version 7.1.33)

for future reference:  It seems that the problem is fixed, when I rename-delete the cache folder under the public-html/var/

also FIXED: a fault-URL in the menu. When I selected ORDERS MENU it was a /index.php/ more, but now orders tab is working correctly
