1.7 Volume Discount doesn't display discounted price

Hi everyone,

When I use the catalogue price rule to get the volume discount on the product page, I get an error if i want to display the discounted price:

 

ContextErrorException

Notice: Undefined index: reduction_with_tax

 

(the option "showing the discount" (ie. "-5%") does work)

In the catalogue price rules I have the option "reduction with or without taxes" on "VAT excluded"

Because my whole shop is ex VAT.

When I change this setting to "VAT included" the error disappears and the correct price is displayed.

I would like to have the price without VAT of course.

Does anyone have a clue how to fix this?

I first got it in version 1.7.6 and after new install 1.7.7 it's still there.

I have create a special price with tax excl and it work fine. Will you show your screen short what value you set  https://pscreenshot.com/i/0vuX19. then we will try to reproduct it . I hope if you configure all value correctly it will work.

Now I see that I didn't specify the right rule I used. Sorry ☹️

It's the catalogue price rule, (which shows up on the product page.)

First one is created from product page and second one is created from Catalog->Discounts-> Catalog Price Rules.

Will you check your product price is correctly configued.

What you show now, is here also OK.

But when you want to display the discounted price ($)  instead of the discount (%), the error appears.

Display discounted price:    No / Yes

Some extra info on this topic:

Aantal = From quantity (e.g. 10 )

Stuksprijs = Price single piece with discount (should be in this case 13,82 - 5% = 13,13   but is shows the original price: 13,82)

U bespaart = You save  (this is correct: the total amount of discount in $ for 10 pieces)

When you put your shop in the debug mode.

You get the error on this as mentioned above.

Sorry to understand this is a tricky bug. I think PrestaShop team missed that. You can notify this bug in their bug report. When you enable the   Display discounted price. from settings this error show only when debug mode is enable other wise they do not show the error.  I think you can disable the debug mode

as you see in this link price in chart is not showing coretlly for 2 pcs we have 23% discount , but for some how price is not showing well, any one know how can I fix this issue.
