Address format for different countries

version 1.7.6.8.

I have recently upgraded from 1.6 I used to be able to change the format the address came out on orders for different countries.  I presume I can still do that with this version but can't find out how to do it.

eg. addresses to Ireland are coming out with the  zip code and town (in that order) on the same line. I need to change it so the town comes out on the line before the zip code. So at the moment I am getting

Co. Mayo
F28HW96 Newport

and I need to change that to 

Newport
Co Mayo
F28HW96

Could anyone point me in the right direction please?

Thanks but where do I find the templates? Positions just comes up with hooks
