Posted December 16, 2020 Share Posted December 16, 2020 (edited) Hi may I know your PHP version and PrestaShop version because this happens too when your PHP version is > 7.2 for Prestashop version till 1.7.6.x If this the case then downgrade PHP to 7.2.
