Integrate shopping cart variable into a module with form

Hello guys, I use a form with a form inside the cart, now I would need that once the form is filled in, in the email that is sent the cart variables such as price, product, attributes, etc. Not being very experienced, could you show me a method or suggest the way to integrate these variables?
