how do I know if Template is certified by  PRESTASHOP like this :

You will know this by whether the template is also published on the official prestashop addons.

@faymez PrestaShop certified theme only found in addons market place. Their are lots of awesome theme you will found developers own site, theme forest, templatemonstar

Warehouse, panda ar most used PrestaShop theme.

You just need to make sure after sales support of any theme, follow PrestaShop standard or not.
