Prestashop 1.7.6.9 cannot create account customers and popup newsletter

Hello,

I use free theme (nextprest) and everythings good in firefox browser.
But i tried on another browser like chrome, ms. edge, opera didn't work on register account customers, also on newsletter popup.

It seems cant fill the box username, password, etc.
I tried clear cache, cookies, and all of history still didn't work.
Whats wrong with other browser?
Is there anyone can help me to fix it?
